Christmas is a special time when the whole world behaves differently. Some spend time with family, others do charity work, some throw parties, and others celebrate Jesus Christ. We decided to bring all of these things together.
The event was held at the Bolderāja Lutheran Church. This event was special because the residents of the district were able to celebrate Christmas together. Guests from Daugavgrīva, Bolderāja and other districts of Riga filled the entire hall and greatly enlivened the atmosphere.
The program included a big game, where children got acquainted with the story of the birth of Jesus Christ. There were also many songs, children’s performances, sweets, a show and the biggest surprise – a gift for each child.
No participant remained indifferent. The holiday filled us with great joy. All this was thanks to the fact that Jesus was born. He gave us a reason to rejoice. Therefore, let us always remember Jesus Christ with joy in our hearts, because He is our Savior – our gift.
